Heh!...thanks for checking our site...it is the mid-January and we are right in the middle of a great run of Yoga, meditation, reiki, etc....we have been blessed with a great collection of highly motivated students this winter...Soi Mut Mee is buzzing with spirit......lately we have expanded our focus to include deeper investigation into the fields of Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, 'tonic herbs', 'super nutrition' and general strategies for optimal health ("optimal health" meaning vitality and well being way above and beyond what is considered normal "good health")...we have been doing much research and experimentation and have made some fascinating new discoveries to augment our teaching...getting 'high' on 'herbal substances' takes on new meaning!...as a part of this we have developmed two new Ayurvedic formulations: "Yoga Soma" herbal super rejuvinative tonic formula is made of eight essential Ayurvedic herbs and pure honey...this is a great general, all purpose tonic...in addition, we are offering "Apana Rasayana" which is a digestive tonic which stimulates the downward movement of prana in the body...in Ayurvedic thought, digestive health is of paramount importance...we also found a great source for pure Shilajit and brought back enough to share...if you don't know what Shilajit is, "Google" it and introduce yourself to one of the ultimate wonders of Ayuvedic tonic herbology!...as for our teaching schedule, check our "events" calendar for our schedule of coming course offerings...we would love to have you join us!...if you haven't seen this already, here is something new and exciting:
*Beatrix, in conjunction with her longtime collaborator Suzy Fraser, is now offering free Monthly Energy Healing Sessions. These are group healings and are conducted at a distance. The energetic frequencies that are utilized cover a broad spectrum of light and information. Rather than being directed at specific problematic areas, this energy has an intelligence of its own and will always go to where it is most needed.
While it would be better during this type of remote healing that the recipient set aside quiet time to consciously participate in the session, it is not a prerequisite condition. This type of remote healing works even without the conscious participation of the beneficiary. The simple intent of the healers is enough.
